贵方的隐私权利

本隐私与安全政策说明了贵方就XTransfer收集、使用、储存、共享和保护贵方的个人及公司信息的相关权利。本政策适用于我方的网站、应用程序、服务和工具。如果贵方有任何问题,请通过电子邮件service@xtransfer.cn联系我方。

贵方所拥有的相关权利包括:

    1) 知情权:XTransfer会就任何针对该政策的改动及时通知到贵方;

    2) 信息获取权:贵方有权在知会XTransfer五天内获取到任何有关贵方的信息;

    3) 信息修正权:如果贵方发现与贵方有关的信息错误或者缺失,可以通知XTransfer进行相应的修改。XTransfer不会对相应信息进行处理直至信息得以修正。

XTransfer如何收集贵方的信息?

我方直接从贵方处收集信息、在贵方同意的情况下从第三方(如协助我方验证贵方身份的服务提供商等)处收集有关贵方的信息以及当贵方使用我方网站和服务时自动收集信息。

我方以及我方采用的第三方服务提供商将通过cookie、网络信标和其他技术收集有关贵方使用我方网站和我方在线服务的信息。

XTransfer何时共享贵方的信息?

XTransfer如何保存和保护贵方的信息?

贵方向我方提供的所有信息均保存在我方的安全服务器中。任何数据传输均采用SSL技术加密。

如果我方给予贵方(或贵方选择)密码,使得贵方可以进入我方网站的某一部分,则贵方有责任对该密码予以保密。我方要求贵方不得与任何人共享密码。我方将采用严格的程序和安全措施以防止未经授权的访问。

XTransfer会将贵方的信息保存多长时间?

自XTransfer与贵方终止业务关系之日起或自XTransfer为贵方提供的单次服务结束之日起,贵方的信息将会被保存六年。当贵方或与贵方相关的交易涉及反洗钱或反恐融资等法律调查或诉讼,并且相关法律调查或诉讼在满六年保存期限之时仍未完结,相关的信息将会被保存至该调查或诉讼结束。

我方隐私与安全政策的变更

我方可以在任何时候对本隐私与安全政策进行修订并通过在我方网站发布修订版本。在适当的情况下,将通过电子邮件或在网站上“贵方账户”中告知贵方。修订版本将自有效发布日起生效。此外,如果修订的版本包括有实质性的变更,我方将提前30天在我方网站上发布通知告知贵方。该30天的通知期过后,贵方将被视为已经明确同意了本政策的所有修订。

    i. Right to be informed: we will let you know any change to our policy;

    ii. Right to access: you can ask for your personal info by giving us a 5-day notice;

    iii. Right to rectification: if you find out any inaccuracy or incompleteness for your personal data, please inform us and we will make it right. We will restrict the processing of your data until we make things right.

How Does XTransfer Collect Your Information?

We collect information directly from you, and about you from third parties with your consent (e.g., entities that assist us in validating your identity), and automatically when you use our Website and the Services.

We, and our third party service providers, automatically collect your information about your use of our Website and our online Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. You can edit your browser options to block cookie. How Does XTransfer Store and Protect Your Information?

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any data transmission will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. We will use strict procedures and security features, trying to prevent un-authorized access.

How Long Does XTransfer Keep Your Data?

Your information shall be kept for six years since the year when the business relationship is terminated or the year when the one-off service is ended. Where you or your transaction(s) are involved with investigation (such as anti-money laundering and Counter-Terrorist financing) or other legal actions, and if such investigation or legal action is still on-going upon the expiration of 6 years, the related information will be kept until the end of such investigation/legal action.

Changes to Our Privacy and Security Policy

We may amend this Privacy and Security Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website and, where appropriate, by notifying you by email or in your “My Account” on the Website. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date. In addition, if the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 30 days' prior notice by posting notice of the change on our website. After this 30-day notice period, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to the Policy.
